New test access to Neurosurgical Atlas (until 2.04.2025)
By 2nd April 2025, test access to the Neurosurgical Atlas was launched. It is the most comprehensive online neurosurgical resource, offering high-quality educational materials, including:
Specific surgery techniques – detailed descriptions of neurosurgical procedures, step by step.
Surgery videos – over 1,000 real procedure recordings, with added descriptions to enhance understanding of the techniques.
Ilustrations and 3D models – more than 5,000 materials to help visualize brain structures and surgical procedures, including over 1,700 interactive images and 58 3D models.
Case studies – over 900 real-world problems presenting authentic clinical challenges and the solutions.
The Neurosurgical Atlas is an invaluable tool for neurosurgeons, residents, and medical students, helping them develop skills and enhance their knowledge in the field of neurosurgery. Among the institutions that use the tool are the renowned Mayo Clinic Libraries, Stanford Medical School Library and Universitat de Barcelona.
