The Library is closed to users but visit us online

According to the regulation of The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Poland of 6 November 2020 The Main WMU Library and the Branch no. 1 will be closed until 29 November 2020.

• regarding bibliographic registration of publications, bibliometric analyses and WMU Library trainings contact the Department of Scientific Information and Bibliography at informacja.naukowa@umw.edu.pl or bibliografia@umw.edu.pl, tel. 71 348 19 25;

• regarding library user account issues contact the Department of Circulation at wypozyczalnia@umw.edu.pl, tel. 71 784 19 24 / 697 773 472. All loans due on any day between 9-30.11.2020 have been extended until 31.12.2020, which doesn’t count as renewal by user (you can still renew the loan up to three times). Fulfilled and pending requests have an extended validity period until 11.12.2020. Current requests aren’t beeing processed in the library system which makes their validity period indefinite. The books you would like to return should be put into the book drop at 8am-3pm (on the ground floor of the library building). Please send your clearance slips by email – after clearing your account we will send you back a scanned copy of your clearance slip and the original will be forwarded to the relevant Dean’s Office;
