Reaxys database – trial access

The WMU Library is happy to announce a 30-day trial access to the Reaxys database starting on 17 April.

What does Reaxys contain?

• information excerpted from literature and patents that gives a quick insight into the searched data without the need to consult the full text,
• information on physical and chemical properties, chemical reactions, organic, inorganic and organometallic substances, environmental protection as well as bioactivity data, analytical data, spectrographic data etc.,
• scientific information on chemistry and life sciences,
• intuitive interface, a range of filters for precise searching, Query Builder for advanced searching,
• bibliographic data of articles from 16,000 journals from multiple publishers and patents from 105 patent offices,
• information on over 255 million substances.
