Account activation and library card:

• WMU Students and staff – 0 PLN
• Students and staff from other universities holding student or staff eCard – 0 PLN

• Issuing a duplicate library card – PLN 15

“Fees for unreturned or damaged library materials:

• For each volume that is overdue for one week – PLN 1
• For damaged RFID tag – PLN 10

Central Printing System

Photocopying / printing:

• A4 black and white page – PLN 0.20
• A3 black and white page – PLN 0.40
• A4 color page – PLN 1.00
• A3 color page – PLN 2.00

Scanning: Free of charge

Inter-library services:

• PDFs sent by national medical libraries and institutes cooperating with the Library: free of charge
• PDF files sent by institutions not cooperating with the Library of Wroclaw Medical University – fees apply here (charged by sending institution). Clients will get a copy of invoice
• Printed copies of books, doctoral and postdoctoral theses or journal articles  sent by post (to be used on-site only): 10 PLN
• Copies of materials according to the prices in force in a given library – PLN 0.30–0.40/page + shipping costs
