In response to demand from ED students at our University, the WMU Library is launching test access to the English-language AMBOSS learning platform until April 7, 2024.
It is geared towards effective teaching of medical students, used in more than 500 institutions, a multimedia library of more than 20,000 medical topics combined with a database of more than 5,800 questions and tools for effective education by lecturers. The system used is geared towards teaching instead of just teaching focusing on an individualized approach to each student’s educational problems. Test and quiz resources for analyzing acquired knowledge are also available.
To activate your free trial AMBOSS access, follow the instructions below:
1) Register or log in to your account via your institutional network, e.g., by using a local institutional computer or accessing the network remotely. Please contact your institution’s IT department if you require support setting up your remote connection.
2) Go to Membership & Licenses and click “Add Institutional License”.
3) Choose Wroclaw Medical University from the dropdown menu and follow the authentication steps to manually activate the trial license.
4) Confirm the verification link that will be sent to your email inbox.
Your account will remain active until April 7, 2024.
