Individual and group study rooms are for educational and scientific purposes only.
Rooms can be booked by any student, PhD student and employee of the WMU registered in the Central System of Authorization (CSA).
The maximum duration of a single booking is 3 hours – if there is a need to use the study room longer, at the end of the booking time, please contact the librarian on duty to check whether it is possible (whether a given or another study room is free).
Logging into the study room system
At the same time, we would like to remind you that in addition to the regulations, which are available on the website and in the library, the general rules of order in the library are also applicable in the study rooms (including no drinks, meals and bags). It should also be remembered that study rooms are an extension of the Silent Study Zone.
Rules on the use of the study rooms
On the website of the study room reservation system, the login should be entered without the domain element (@student.umw.edu.pl / @umw.edu.pl).
LOGIN: firstname.lastname
PASSWORD: given in CSA, the same as for university mail
Study rooms – log in instruction
Once a reservation is made, the electronic ID acquires the function of a work room key for the duration of the reservation.
In case of cancellation, the user is obliged to cancel the reservation in the system.
The 4-person and 8-person group study rooms contain medical study aids – models of the human muscular and skeletal systems. They are made available to users within the reservation of a given room for max. 3 hours per day, with the possibility of extending the reservation of the study room with the librarian at the counter.
