Medical study aids

There are medical study aids available for on-site use. Find them in the study rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor or ask for them at the Circulation Desk:

• 10 skulls (available to use by valid library card holders for up to 3 hours per day; priority in access to models is given to WMU students)
• 1 hand model with tendons, nerves and carpal tunnel,
• 1 head model,
• 1 brain model with functional areas,
• 1 heart model,
• 1 foot skeleton with ligaments,
• 1 human muscle model,
• 4 human skeleton models,

The human muscle and skeleton models are available for use in the study rooms on the 1st floor for max 3 hours per day upon reservation via the online booking system. To extend the reservation contact a librarian on duty at the library counter. Room reservations can only be made by users with an e-mail account in the umw.edu.pl domain.
